The WeiberWirtschaft is located in the environmental zone in the city center of Berlin, so a colored sticker is required to drive in it. You can find more at www.berlin.de/umweltzone. Issuing offices are the motor vehicle licensing authority (Landesamt für Bürger- und Ordnungsangelegenheiten -LABO) emissions inspection centres such as TÜV, DEKRA, GTÜ, FSP and KÜS, and workshops of the motor vehicle association specifically authorized for emission inspections. In Berlin there are around 850 of such workshops. Foreign registered vehicle also require this sticker. It can be ordered from the English website of the Berlin motor vehicle licensing authority under https://www.berlin.de/labo/mobilitaet/kfzzulassung/feinstaubplakette/shop.86595.en.php, Parking in the area is rather difficult and subject to a charge, so we recommend public transport as more convenient.
